Our Processing

Our Journey to Quality

Every bean we deliver passes through eight careful stages, each designed to preserve the natural quality of Indonesian arabica while meeting the strict standards of international buyers. From freshly picked cherries to export-ready green beans, here’s how we do it.

01
Cherry
The journey begins with freshly harvested coffee cherries, sourced directly from the Gayo Highland, North Sumatra, Flores, and West Java.
02
Drying
Cherries are carefully dried to reduce moisture content, preserving the bean's natural flavor and preparing it for the next stage.
03
Huller
The dried parchment is processed through our Huller machine to remove the outer husk, revealing the green coffee bean inside.
04
Huller Result
The hulling process yields raw green coffee beans with their natural characteristics intact, ready for further quality refinement before moving to the final processing stage.
05
Drying Green
Green beans undergo an additional drying process to achieve the optimal moisture level required for storage and export.
06
Gravity Separator
Using our gravity densimetric separator, beans are sorted by density and weight, ensuring only the highest-quality beans move forward.
07
Hand Picking
Every batch passes through manual handpicking, where our trained team removes any remaining defects to guarantee consistent quality.
08
Final Result
The result: export-ready green coffee beans, processed with precision and ready to reach buyers across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
